Delivery and return

Our policy

If you place the order before 2 p.m. and payment is confirmed, we ship the order the next day if it is a working day. We will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking code as soon as the order has been entrusted to the transport company.

You will normally receive your A.bsolument radios within 2-3 working days of ordering. These shipments are free when the order is sent within Service Region A.bsolument. Our shipping partner may send you an email with a more detailed service offer, such as the option to opt for a specific delivery window. This service is offered by our shipping partner, not by A.bsolument.

If you wish to benefit from faster delivery, you can opt for express delivery when placing the order (this service is not available in the Netherlands and Belgium). The additional cost of an express shipment will be indicated. You will therefore be informed of the costs before you start selecting the option.

Please note:

  • deliveries to freight forwarders, hotels or PO boxes, or even to army bases are not possible.
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays, and we do not ship on holidays.
  • Import duties and/or other taxes may apply to shipments outside of the European Union (e.g. to Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom). Customs clearance may also extend delivery times.
  • It may occasionally happen that we offer radios for pre-order or temporarily unavailable. In this case, we will not be able to ship the order to you within the delivery times indicated above, and we will communicate the expected delivery date to you as soon as we are aware of it.
  • If the order is subject to an in-depth examination due to the existence of suspicions of fraud, it may be postponed and/or canceled.

Our 14-day return period on the right to return the purchase. We are confident that you will absolutely love your new A. radio; if, however, you are not satisfied, for any reason, let us know within 14 days of purchase. We will collect the radio free of charge from the original delivery address (within Service Region A.bsolument) and will refund the full purchase price to you.

If you need to return a radio from an address outside the A.bsolument Service Region, contact A.bsolument Customer Service. You may have to pay shipping costs.

To return the radio in accordance with our 14 day return policy, ensure that:

  1. You purchased the radio directly from A.bsolument (by telephone or on the Website);
  1. You contact A.bsolument and start the return process within 14 days from the date of original receipt;
  1. The radio is returned in its A.bsolutely original packaging, with all parts included, in new or near-new condition;
  1. You strictly comply with A.bsolument's return instructions as set out below.

What if you want to return a radio? To return a radio to A.bsolutely's Service Region, follow the instructions below.

1. Contact A.bsolument support for an RMA number

If you wish to return a radio from an address outside the A.bsolument Service Region, contact A.bsolument Customer Service. Our ability to process the request may be subject to various restrictions and/or you may be required to pay shipping costs to return the radio. The A.bsolument Customer Service team will be available to provide you with further information.

To return a radio from an address in A.bsolument's Service Region, you may obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting A. absolutely. Call the toll-free number or use any of the other contact methods listed. You can also, if you wish to return a radio within the initial 14 day period, print this return form and return it to us.

2. Use the A.bsolument shipping label and keep a copy

You will receive an RMA confirmation email. This email will include a prepaid shipping label. Use the A.bsolument shipping label you received and follow the instructions on it to return the radios to A.bsolument. We are unable to process returns by alternate transportation or made without a shipping label. Ensure that all previous labels and markings have been completely removed or marked before affixing the return shipping label provided. Keep a copy of the shipping label with the relevant tracking number signed by an agent of the carrier.

3. Return the radio within 14 days from the date of delivery

A.bsolutely must receive the returned item within 14 days of issuing an RMA, and the returned radio must match the serial number on the back of it. Make sure the radio is suitably packaged. All contents (i.e. also cables and manuals) must be included in the package. Any radio returned within the A.bsolument policy 14 day period must be in its original packaging.

4. Receive the refund or a repaired or replacement radio

If you have returned the radio within A.bsolument's policy of 14 days, and provided the return meets the conditions above, you can expect credit within 10 15 working days. Credit terms will be the same as the original purchase payment.

If you are returning a defective radio under Warranty, we offer Advanced Replacement. Replacement radio(s) will be shipped within 1-2 business days of RMA request. If the radio(s) do not qualify for advanced replacement, they will be shipped to you upon receipt of the original radio(s), after inspection. You may be required to provide a valid credit card number for shipment of the replacement radio(s).

If the original radio(s) does not reach us within 14 days, or if we determine that the problem with the radio(s) is not covered by warranty A.bsolutely, we reserve the right to charge back the price standard then in force for the radio(s) concerned on the credit card or other means of payment used during the initial purchase.
