General Conditions of Sale of Products Online to Individual Consumers

Preamble
The site www.a-bsolument.fr is operated by the company A.bsolument, located at 18 rue Orange, 63118 Cébazat, France. The site offers for sale consumer electronic products intended for individual consumers.

Acceptance of Conditions
Any order placed on the site www.a-bsolument.fr implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions of sale.

1. General provisions
These general conditions of sale (CGV) exclusively govern the relationship between the company A.bsolument and consumers purchasing on the site www.a-bsolument.fr. They prevail over any other contradictory document.

2. Products and compliance
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. In the event of an error or omission in this presentation, A.absolument cannot be held liable. Product offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros and include applicable VAT. These prices do not include delivery costs, which are added and indicated before final validation of the order. A.absolument reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order.

4. Order
The order process includes the stages of product selection, verification of the details of the order and its total cost, and confirmation of acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, before validation of payment. An order confirmation is sent by email to the customer.

5. Payment
Payment is due in full after order confirmation. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, check or bank transfer, depending on the options offered on the site.

6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be canceled and the customer reimbursed.

7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the items to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay a penalty, with the exception of return costs. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete.

8. Guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned to A.absolument who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

9. Protection of personal data
The personal information collected by A.bsolument during any customer order is necessary for the management of the transaction and may be communicated to A.bsolument's contractual partners involved in the execution of this order. The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him.

10. Force majeure
The liability of A.bsolument cannot be implemented if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these General Conditions results from a case of force majeure.

11. Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, execution or termination of the contract between A.absolument and the customer, even in the event of multiple defendants, will, in the absence of amicable agreement, be the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
