Does the warranty cover the radio cabinet?
The original cabinet is cleaned and treated during the restoration, but as an antique object (sometimes 70 years old or more), it is not covered by the warranty. The warranty applies to the entirety of our modernisation work: electronics, speaker, and connectivity.
How do I make a warranty claim?
A simple phone call or email is all it takes. No complex procedure, no ticket number. You deal directly with our team from the workshop in Clermont-Ferrand. We organise the collection and return together.
Is the repair really free of charge?
Yes. Labour and electronic components are fully covered. Only shipping costs remain at your expense.
Is the warranty transferable if I give the radio as a gift?
Absolutely. The lifetime warranty is attached to the radio, not to its owner. Whether you give it to your children or to someone close to you, it remains valid without any formalities.
