Shipping policy

At A.bsolument, we want your purchase to be a pleasant experience with no hidden costs. That is why delivery is free on all orders to mainland France, Corsica and the European Union.

Delivery areas
We deliver our products to the following areas:

  • Mainland France and Corsica: free delivery
  • European Union: free delivery
  • French overseas territories and international destinations: charges may apply. Contact us at hello@a-bsolument.fr for a personalised quote

Delivery times

  • Mainland France and Corsica: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
  • European Union: 3 to 7 working days depending on destination
  • French overseas territories / International: times vary by destination
Note: delivery times may be longer during busy periods or in the event of force majeure.

 

Dispatch process

  1. Vintage radios: each radio is prepared in our workshop before dispatch; the estimated delivery date is shown on the product page before you order. Workshop Fast-Track option: delivery within 48 working hours for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3 pm
  2. Other items in stock: orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the next working day
  3. Confirmation and tracking: you will receive an email with a tracking number

Carriers
We work with reliable partners for fast and secure delivery:

  • France and Europe: Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD
  • International: UPS, DHL, FedEx

Receiving your delivery

  • Check that your delivery address is correct
  • If you are not at home, a delivery notice will let you rearrange delivery
  • On receipt: inspect the parcel. If it is damaged, refuse delivery and contact our customer service

Late or missing delivery

  1. Check the status with your tracking number

Returns and reshipments

  1. Report any problem within 48 hours of receipt to hello@a-bsolument.fr
  2. Return the product according to our return policy
  3. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, as you prefer
