What if 1,500 pre-orders are not reached?
Production does not restart and you are fully refunded, with nothing to do on your side.
How am I refunded?
To your original payment method. If your bank no longer accepts it, we contact you to arrange a transfer.
When do I receive my speaker?
Shipping within 12 weeks after 1,500 pre-orders are reached, and no later than 30 June 2027. You are notified by email at every step.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind, with a full refund. And if the goal is not reached by 28 February 2027, everyone is refunded.
What is my number for?
It marks your rank in the series and your shipping priority. No one else will have it.
Where can I follow progress?
On the progress page: places left and the production log, continuously updated.
