This page complements our privacy policy and details our use of advertising programmes based on customer list matching ("Customer Match").
What data we share
We share certain personal information (your email address and, where applicable, your phone number) with partner advertising platforms such as Google Ads ("Customer Match" programme) and Meta (Facebook / Instagram, "Custom Audience" programme) for the purpose of delivering personalised advertisements to you across their networks and identifying new customers with similar profiles.
How your data is protected
Before transmission, this data is irreversibly hashed (SHA-256 algorithm) to protect your privacy: the platform never receives your email address or phone number in plain text. This data is used by the platforms solely to match against their users' existing accounts and to serve our advertisements, and never for their own commercial prospecting.
Legal basis
The legal basis for this processing rests on our legitimate interest in promoting our products and measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), combined, where required by law, with your marketing consent collected via our cookie banner or at the time of your subscription to our communications.
Your rights
You may object to this processing at any time:
